Dr.P.Fathima Reddy

is a passionate educationist with over 20 years of experience, including building and nurturing educational institutions.

A discerning individual who knew the intrinsic difference between mere education and quality of education, Fathima Reddy founded Nishma Educational Society in 2006. The first school that was started initially by the society was Paradise High School with  a strength of 53 children at Rekurthy, Karimnagar.  The society started the second school, Paradise Power Kids in 2010 at Rekurthy, Karimnagar. In 2016 Paradise IIT campus came into existence under the leadership of Fathima Reddy at Kothapally, Jagtial Road, Karimnagar. In 2018 St.George International School affiliated to C.B.S.E Delhi came as a new addition to this Group. It was built in an area of 4 acres with all the facilities and is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi.

A graduate in Bachelor of Education and a post-graduate in English from Kakatiya University, has played several roles – as a teacher, as a lecturer and as a Principal, before becoming an entrepreneur in the field of education.

Dr.P.Fathima Reddy made education his life’s calling and worked relentlessly to help Paradise Group of Institutions make their mark in the educational sector of Karimnagar, Telangana. Under his guidance and leadership, Paradise Group of Institutions is strengthened in such a way that it had brought an immense transformation in the children of Karimnagar district.

Dr.P.Fathima Reddy strongly believes that education only achieves its goal if, by the end of their academic journey, students are able to identify their life’s true calling and pursue it successfully.

True to his belief in prioritizing academic excellence, he spends quality time nurturing students so that they are well groomed to face the challenges of life. He works closely with both the students and faculty to ensure that the curriculum broadens students’ intellectual, physical and emotional horizons to build a strong spirit of integrity, compassion and generosity.

He is equally committed to the social work that he made a part of his life. He is giving free education to about 56 children in his educational institutions. He donated a lakh and above to Chennai flood Victims’ fund in 2015 and Kerala Flood Victims’ fund in 2019 respectively. He is a regular donor to the orphanages in Karimnagar, Telangana.

He believes in organ donation and talks about it in his institutions widely and motivates children to understand the importance of the same. He himself registered for eye donation in 2015. He is the recipient of several rewards for excellence as an educationist. To cite a few
